Likai Semiconductor, established in October 2025, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yantai Likai Numerical Control Technology Co., Ltd., specialising in precision slicing of sapphire, silicon carbide, silicon, fused quartz and alumina ceramics. Sample slicing and volume orders are quoted separately.

Drawing review, sample slicing, quotation, and production & delivery. Small-quantity orders follow the same inspection standards as full-scale production to ensure consistent specifications.
Drawing review
Material, dimensions, thickness and tolerance checked against what the line can hold — and against what we cannot, before a price is offered.
Trial slice
Where the specification is new, a trial slice is cut and measured: thickness spread, TTV, Ra and transmission.
Quotation
Price, lead time and inspection plan, quoted against the measured trial rather than a catalogue value.
Production & packing
Batch run, piece-by-piece inspection, double-bagged in a controlled area, with the data sheet in the box.
